Total retail sales at current prices increased by 5.9% (excluding the calendar effect).

Compared to October, the total turnover of retail trade enterprises in November 2021 fell by 3.6%, according to seasonally adjusted data at constant prices. Compared to October, in November 2021, total retail sales at current prices (excluding seasonality) decreased by 5.4%.

The figures were likely influenced by the fact that November included two weeks of Covid-induced “lockdown”, with restrictions on retail being partially eased on November 15.
