EY has announced the appointment of Amber Mace as the new UK & Ireland (UK&I) Market Segment Leader for its consumer products and retail business, effective immediately.
In his new role, Mace will lead a multidisciplinary team of more than 1,000 EY professionals to help meet demand from companies in the industry facing challenges in the marketplace, including supply chain disruption. .
Previously, Mace was the tax market segment leader for consumer products and retail, advising UK consumer brands for over 25 years.
She has advised on post-deal integration, group finance, UK inbound investment transactions and international taxation – including mergers and acquisitions and internal global restructuring transactions.
